All the VIPs heard the Declaration in person and after it the shouting match between the US and Soviet Russia deescalated until our Generations in these trying Times of the US at WAR with Russia over Ukraine in NATO.

It is now 39 years since the global political atmospheres of the time were so poisoned, it appeared the US and the Soviets were heading for a clash for the 1st time since the 1962 Cuban Missile crisis. They were shouting at each other in Public, and the temper was escalating!

Being in the unique position of being able to stand Face to Face and talk with Prime Minister Trudeau or hand him letters without any intermediaries as he entered or left the House of Commons the last 7 years he held power, I urged him to undertake his Global Peace Mission and I was glad he did.

This is the link to a CBC report from that Time. Then, CanaDa acted as and was perceived by other Nations as an Honest Broker and Peace Maker in this world. These days, Canada is ready to jump into any of America’s Imperialistic wars without question by the Public.

Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau trying to DE-escalate in China

Prime Minister Trudeau was the 1st Western Democratic Leader to break with the US policy of isolation and non-recognition of China. Facing the Reality of over 1 BILLION people, Trudeau visited China 20 years earlier, in 1963, and started Diplomatic relations. The whole world followed CanaDa’s example, and the rest is History.

With no real change or thaw in the atmospheres 2 years later, I was moved to make this Public Declaration on Remembrance Day, 1985, in the hearing of the Governor-General of Canada, the Prime Minister, other government Leaders, the Military Brass, the Ambassadors of the Nations, and the estimated 25,000 People in attendance.

The Spirit of these words were added after the moment of silence, after all the Establishment religions prayed to God there should be no more war, during the silence as the wreaths were laid. Everybody in person heard these deliberately slow spoken words:

“Hear O people and Nations, even to the ends of the Earth, the Word of the LORD God, who is, and was, and is to come, The Almighty.

The LORD has a controversy with the people.

Do you do well to honour the dead, and yet, deny the God of the Living?

Why do you follow the vain traditions of men, and make of no effect, the Principles of God?

You come here for one hour, one day a year, in a great show of Public Patriotism, and then forgetting, go back to work and make the same careless mistakes made by the generations prior to the 1st and 2nd World Wars.

Hitler is dead, but it’s his legacy that remains. A Soviet-American military-industrial complex consuming $trillions of dollars every year, holding the entire World hostage…………”

“Hostage” was the last word said perched on a bus shelter roof, as police got up and grabbed the megaphone. I was arrested for shouting, causing a disturbance, convicted and fined $250. I appealed without a lawyer to The Supreme Court of Canada.

The opening reference to “the LORD God, who is, and was, and is to come, The Almighty” comes from the Revelation of Jesus Christ described in 16: 13-16;

And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. (false beliefs about God in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and Atheism)
For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth (Billionaires, Presidents, Prime Ministers, CEOs and other Idols of the People) and of the whole world, (the rest of us) to gather them to the Battle of that great day of God Almighty.
Behold, I come as a thief. (when you least expect it) Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue ARMAGEDDON.

ARMAGEDDON was derived from Har Megiddo located in OCCUPIED Palestine when Jesus walked the land 2000 years ago. Israel disappeared some 720 years before that until it was recreated from the Bible in 1948. ARMAGEDDON/Har Megiddo still exists as a physical place in OCCUPIED Palestine now unfolding in the current Israeli-Gaza WAR

For those who do have the eyes to see, it’s taken 39 years, but with the current US WAR with Russia over Ukraine in NATO, this Material World is being held HOSTAGE to the American-Russian Military-Industrial-Congressional Complex like never before, including the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis.

Designed and built by Ernest Cormier It had not occurred to me to appeal the 1977 conviction for ‘shouting, causing a disturbance,’ with the unusual 1 condition of probation, “Not to attend on the Sparks Street Mall, or any other Street in Ottawa for the purpose of SPEAKING or shouting.“

The media reporting and recording the news for posterity, no Member of Parliament, Lawyer, Civic action group, or any media recognized the imperative to protest such blatant un-Democratic action by the State, and the conviction stands.

Appealing the conviction of “shouting, causing a disturbance” for the prophetic action on Remembrance Day 1985, the matter was pursued to the Supreme Court of Canada. I was pleased to see the same three Justices, including Chief Justice Antonio Lamer, who heard another application the previous year, presiding over the Leave to Appeal. The rules allow fifteen minutes for the “viva voche” or “live voice” hearing, in addition to submitted documentation.

The documentation included a previous Supreme Court ruling no one can be convicted of ‘shouting, causing a disturbance’ unless an actual disturbance akin to a riot occurred, not just because the authorities were upset.

No such disturbance happened or the Justices would have already known about it. That would have been reported Nation wide. The MSM did not even report it the next Day, but waited until the conviction, 2 months after the incident.

Referring to the trial transcripts, a Justice said , “Mr. Cormier, the Court can’t go by the transcripts.” I replied, “I agree with your Lordships that you can’t go by the transcripts.

If your Lordships recall the matter brought before The Court last year, the trial Judge in that case said, “You are not a lawyer! You are not a lawyer! You can’t argue in my Court! You can ask questions, but you can’t argue in my Court!”

For those words only, I summoned up all the hype and bluster I could muster to duplicate the trial Judge’s behavior, wagging my finger at the Supreme Court Justices. Returning to a normal calm demeanour,  continued, “Your Lordships! Those words weren’t even in the transcripts, let alone the viva voche hearing of them.”

This would have been grounds for a mistrial. Judgment was reserved, but the Court would not hear the case. The action signalled the Supreme Court may be presiding over a house of cards.

I believe this has led to repealing the right of habeas corpus, extraordinary rendition by the United States, Guantanamo Bay detention camp and legislation on the books that allow governments to seize anyone deemed a threat to the State and held incommunicado without constitutional protection as the world is now being held hostage to the endless war on terrorism

This is not obvious now, but will affect the population as the economic and political conditions deteriorate. It is evident the global economy may be entering the time to allow this to happen, and who knows what the World situation will be in the next few years? While most people are not conscious of it or even understand what it means, the Reality is, we are living in the Common Era of Christ, the Year 2011.

Either the people will be in sync with the Time or they will fall behind. Does anyone really know what Time it is?
