On May 2, 1978, The Ottawa Citizen published a column by Special Correspondent Joseph Kraft headed, “Radicals in Check – Islamic Revival No Threat To West.”
Mr. Kraft served President Kennedy as a speechwriter, and was well connected to the powerful decision makers in Washington, getting his information directly from the Horse’s mouth so to speak.
I wrote the following letter to The Ottawa Citizen in reply to his column, sending a copy to all the Party Leaders in Parliament and the heads of all Religions in CanaDa, Jewish, Christian and Muslim, including every Prince of the Roman Catholic Church. The Citizen did not print it, and the only one to acknowledge it personally was the Rt. Hon. Joe Clark, Leader of the Official Opposition at the time.
It is only with the benefit of 33 years hindsight can it be seen Today’s world has generally evolved along it’s lines. While the projections were inspired by Biblical terms in 1978, the details are being reported in secular terms by the mass media Today.
Two weeks before the 2006 Israeli-Lebanon war, I personally handed a copy directly to General Rick Hillier, the former Chief of the Defence Staff of CanaDa at Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa after a Military Funeral for a young Canadian killed in Afghanistan.
Coincidentally, on that Time Line two years later, I was working as a contract worker for the Department of National Defence out the bowels of the National Printing Bureau on Rue Sacre-Coeur (Sacred Heart) in Hull. In fact, the building was designed by Ernest Cormier who also designed The Supreme Court of CanaDa. Being lowest on the Totem Pole, co-incidentally, I was let go by DND earlier on the same day General Hillier quit or was pushed out as CDS. That is still a matter of speculation.
I met him at the door to the CTV studio in downtown Ottawa 3 days later as he was entering to be interviewed on his separation from DND service, and he distinctly recalled the letter and our brief meeting two years earlier.
I wrote to both Joe Clark and General Hillier twice with the request they make some kind of generic, non committal comment confirming the basic Truth of this report, but didn’t get a reply from either person to my email and obviously they have not commented here.

It was a surprise to me to discover the symbol I mention in my handwriting is the plaque of the Architects and builders of the House of Commons which is The Star of David.
The year 1973 was significant to me for two reasons; the 1973 oil crisis and a particularly vivid and powerful dream I remembered on waking. It had threads of reality weaved within it as there was a blast of a good time jam packed all inclusive party in the actual apartment I was living in at the time.
At the edge of a deep cliff overlooking the Turcot trainyards of Montreal, I had an unobstructed view of the mighty St. Lawrence River, to the farthest extension of the horizon south to the US of A.
Suddenly, the old, 2 story building collapsed into a pile of rubble as the earth shook violently. Climbing out and shaking the dust off, toward the northern view, I could see the real park across St. Jacques Street in front of my apartment and the high-rise apartment buildings in the distance on the higher cliffs of Notre Dame de Grace swaying back and forth.
A Rolls Royce was parked in the street in front of the rubble that used to be my apartment. Getting in and turning on the radio, the only thing coming over all radio bands was, “You have to go to him. He wants you.”
Thinking that was the person I thought of as my best friend on earth at the time, I drove over to a fabulous dream apartment, not his real life one, having a commanding view of the entire City of Montreal.
“Frank! What’s Happening,” I asked, arriving at this amazing dream apartment. “It looks like the end of the world to me,” he said.
Asking “what do you think we should do?” he said, “If it is the end of the world there isn’t anything we can do about it, so let’s relax and enjoy. If it isn’t the end of the world, lets relax and enjoy anyway.”
He put on a long playing vinyl album on a sound system looking like the kind today’s professionals use. The needle got stuck in the groove, and over and over again it played, “You can’t stay here. You have to go to him. He wants you.”
Stunned on hearing that and backing away from the grand sunken living room, I backed into a tree standing in a corner of the room. The branches of the tree embraced me saying, “You can’t stay here. You have to go to him. He wants you.”
Not knowing who or where he was, I was running on St. Catherine Street as it was in those days. People were running in a panic and I was running in a panic like everyone else.
Bumping into somebody, I fell down and got up. Dodging things falling from the sky, I would stumble and fall. Getting up, I ran and climbed over collapsed rubble, falling and getting up again.
The obstacles seemed endless. Eventually from shear exhaustion, I collapsed and gave up. I couldn’t run any more. At this point, the sky parted, and just a hand came down out of the sky, and picked me up. I woke up being lifted up in the palm of the hand.
Maybe I was a slow learner to put 2 + 2 together, but it took two more years after that dream before I came alive to God or God came alive to me on February 1, 1975 as I was turning 31. That Day was as unexpected and as powerful an experience to me personally, as I imagine was the conversion of Saul on the Road To Damascus.
That hand has been there for me TIME and TIME again since then.
If we cannot face the evils from our Past, and learn from them while it is called Today, we will be ill-equipped to deal with them in the world of Tomorrows of the Future if humanity does not changes it’s values and ways?
For Now we have Faith, Hope and Love, but the Greatest of these is Love.
I think the beast is the government of man without consideration of God. President Obama´s limousine ¨the beast¨ is an explicit symbol for this Spiritual reality.
September 13, 1976, The Kansas City Times reported and recorded my visit to the city and the Republican National Convention. Part of the record is, ¨ and explained his own mission as ¨waging war against the beast¨ – the beast defined as government of man and tyrants.¨ This was long before the President´s Limo, ¨the beast¨ was even conceived and now part of the time line and long before we could see the tyrants toppling like 10 pins in the Middle East.
This is not to suggest President Obama is an agent of the ¨dragon.¨ but then he could be and not even know it. It is written even the most elect could be deceived. Personally I believe he is trying to change ¨the system¨ from the inside as a prisoner of the White House, needing us for support and co-operation on the Streets. If he doesn’t get that public support and encouragement, he will be drawn deeper into the belly of the beast.
People make this more mystical than it is to avoid facing the reality and hard choices that lay before us. They cannot discern between the Spiritual and literal word.
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
And he does great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
And deceives them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
And he had power to give life to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom. Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
ANOTHER beast came up out of the earth and had two horns like a lamb. The prevailing view in Christianity is “having horns like a lamb” means this power was not taken violently as in an armed revolution or a Palace coup. He came to power as a likeable, harmless, peace loving individual. The people supported this individual and he was put in power willingly as in a Democratic election.

In other words, his power is modelled on a power that was in the earth before him.
March 30, 1981:
President Ronald Wilson Reagan is shot in the chest outside the Washington Hilton Hotel. The president’s press secretary, James Brady, is also severely wounded, and Timothy McCarthy, a Secret Service agent, and Thomas Delahanty, a local police officer, are also shot. The assailant, John W. Hinckley, Jr., is seized at the scene. Confusion arises when Secretary of State Alexander Haig announces on television the he is “in control” while Vice President George Bush is flying back to Washington.
Ronald Wilson Reagan 666. As if there were not enough wars on earth, he ushered in Star Wars.
May 13, 1981:
Pope John Paul II is shot and seriously wounded as he rides in an open car through St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City. Two women tourists from the U.S. are also injured by bullets during the attack. The gunman is captured and identified as a 23-year-old Turkish terrorist.
“And he had power to give life to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”
What is the image of the beast? Money. It takes money in any buy/sell transaction. Money is the foremost thought in the minds of people. We know in this material world those Nations who do not fall in line in service to the Almighty American Dollar are attacked.
And he does great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.
America is the only Nation to make fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men with the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
¨It is able to give life to this image so that it could speak.¨ Ever heard the expression, Money Talks? You cannot serve God and money at the same time. Either you will love one and hate the other or you will serve one and neglect the other.
Furthermore, in it says;
And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buys their merchandise any more.
This describes the current global economic meltdown/Pearl Harbour-tsunami in the Fall of ’08. We have not arrived at the end of it’s waves yet. Deficit financing cannot continue forever.
Governments are trying every way to stimulate people into buying merchandise. This is a futile attempt because this is a Spiritual problem not recognized or addressed as such yet.
From my view the world has arrived at the end of the 2600 economic/military/political Imperial Babylonian system of value for people and things as foretold in Scripture. For the first time since Daniel V, the whole world can see the Writing on the Wall.
On the Eve of the New Year of the Lord 2012, the President of The United States, with the stroke of a pen, repealed the Right of Habeus Corpus, the 1st protection for the peasants against the arbitrary whims of the Authorities they won in the Magna Carta of 1215. The news media should be ringing the alarm bells over this dangerous new reality but they are silent on the matter.
What the President did was give the US Military legal authority to grab anyone off the streets on suspicion only, and detain them indefinitely in some Gitmo type prison without any recourse to the Courts where the government would have to prove the substance and not just suspicions.
The effects of the Law will not be seen until Austerity everyone knows is on the way hits the streets. Then it will be too late!
